The Journey UMC had its first worship service on December 23, 2007 and is now holding monthly worship services with about 45 people attending. They currently also have two small weekly groups meeting in homes.

North Shore UMC, a very mission-oriented congregation is now worshiping in their new building and are beginning to plan their second building. Sharon Freeto is taking over the pastoral duties from Malford Hierholzer.

El Mesias is working in a new location in South Laredo. They are conducting home Bible studies three nights a week and providing social outreach into the community. They have had 20% growth since coming to their new location.

Gruene UMC is now in its own Capital Campaign for their building project. They had to move from Hoffman Lane Elementary School to Canyon High School for their services and are now averaging about 220 people in worship.

The Rock UMC is now in their new building. They are now worshipping over 100, and the Cedar Park community is making use of the The Rock's building facilities for community events.
