1. Becoming evangelistic in our faith sharing:
    a. Include more faith stories in worship through personal testimonies.
    b. Offer training in personal faith sharing, on various days and with Sue White.
    c. Preach on faith sharing.
    d. Include faith stories in newsletter.
    e. Put faith stories on a wall of sharing.

2. Strengthening our evangelistic presence in the community:
    a. Increase advertising through newspapers, direct mail, etc.
    b. Increase church involvement in community events.
    c. Offer English as a Second Language classes.
    d. Recognize different community servant groups (police, firefighters, teachers, etc.) in worship.
    e. Participate in National Night Out activities.
    f. Support arts events in the community.
    g. Offer parenting classes.
    h. Hold VBS activities in neighborhoods of need, not at the church.

3. Calling forth younger clergy.
    a. Publicize ministry as a calling.
    b. Identify core leaders among the youth and train them to lead others.
    c. Support and encourage active young laity in mission service.
    d. Recognize youth leaders for accomplishments at school.

4. Developing disciples and leaders
    a. Encourage attendance at district and conference leadership seminars.
    b. Offer Bible studies.
    c. Encourage participation in Walk to Emmaus.
    d. Hold a newcomer's class for guests and others new to church.
    e. Expand local church's leadership training.
    f. Develop an intentional, step-by-step spiritual development process.
    g. Do mini-training sessions at Board and Council meetings.
    h. Train teachers in Sunday School and Pre-School programs.
